Projects with Exceptions

Exceptions are transactions that have failed due to insufficient budget. Exceptions can be seen as a column on the PI Summary page, 'How much money is left on my grants?' report. This report shows all projects that have exceptions associated to them and it drills to the Budget Exception report.
Projects with Negative Salary Encumbrance BalancesThis report shows all projects that have a negative salary encumbrance balance. These instances are usually the result of a budget fail / exception. Encumbrances are factored into the Remaining Balance calculation, so having a negative amount will inflate the amount of money that can still be spent on a grant.
Underspending ProjectsThis is the same calculation used on the PI Summary Page. The criteria is for grants that have less than 6 months remaining and more than 30% of available balance remaining.
Projects with Low BudgetThis is the same calculation used on the PI Summary Page. The criteria is for grants that have less than 20% of available balance remaining.
Projects in RiskProjects is Risk are grants which have been authorized to start spending money but have not received money from the Sponsor. This is shown on the PI Summary page under 'Flagged Projects'.
When Are My Reports DueThis report shows all reports that are due to sponsors, including financial reports and progress reports.
No-Cost ExtensionsThis reports shows all projects that have been identified with no-cost extensions.
